Hamburger Illiterate

A new catch phrase, hamburger illiterate - one who has never experienced a hamburger.

Where did this new phrase come from? Burger Kings latest Whopper Virgins Ad Campaign.

Evryone seems to be up in arms about it in the media, here's a video sample, yet similar campaigns by Burger King, and the same marketing company that produced this series of ads, have resulted in an amazing increase in the sales of the Whopper.

Personally I like the campaign, my sister however will say things like most others, why didn't they spend that money feeding people who are starving?

Who cares. I like the idea of bringing foreign cuisines to people who otherwise would never have the opportuniy to try it. If we gave Whoppers to all Iraqi's we wouldn't even be at war right now.

Isn't there a show on the food network about bring foriegn cuisine into an american perspective? How come nobody is saying that that show should be cancelled and the money spent on feeding starving people in the places that they would have otherwise visited?

Microwaving Chip Bags

The idea came about that we should shrink potato chip bags in the microwave to make Christmas ornaments.
